I painted this view of Tallinn, Estonia from a photo I took during a Baltic Cruise. Tallinn is so charming. It's a walk through time to visit it.

LAURIE MORGAN - Commissions Welcomed “Painting became a true love after years in the entertainment field. I get a thrill rendering on canvas the sights I see in my travels around the world. I’m intrigued by historical architecture and most of my work contains part of a house, castle, cottage, cabin, barn or other structure. Many of my paintings have windows or doors, arches and pathways. These mean to me ‘adventure, surprise and levels of spirituality’. I’m fascinated by man’s use of natural substances such as, stone, brick, wood and often add these to my work as well. Equally I love flowers and gardens and try to include them wherever I can; often inspired by my own garden.” Laurie’s art has been exhibited at The Gallery...

This must be the St. Olav's church in Tallinn, Estonia! It is believed to have been built in the 12th century and to have been the centre for old Tallinn's Scandinavian community before Denmark conquered Tallinn in 1219. Its dedication relates to King Olaf II of Norway. Your painting is beautiful. L Promoted in the promo thread in the group Female Artists.
