In Spain, I ate anchovies and sardines many different ways. My last meal in Barcelona, my friend and I asked for the specialties of the house. This was one of the first courses. The most delicious anchovies in olive oil, accompanied by the requisite olives on the side! Yum. This watercolor is on Yupo paper.
